We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Personalized & Custom Items
Because personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, these items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Please carefully review names, spelling, sizes, colors, and other customization details before submitting your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the return results from an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

A portion of our net proceeds is dedicated to supporting the charitable work and mission of the Food Fairy Movement Foundation. Once a purchase has been refunded, the refunded amount will no longer be included when calculating applicable net proceeds associated with that sale.
